|Full Name||aldolase C, fructose-bisphosphate|
|Product Description||Rabbit Polyclonal antibody to Aldolase C (aldolase C, fructose-bisphosphate)|
|Background||This gene encodes a member of the class I fructose-biphosphate aldolase gene family. Expressed specifically in the hippocampus and Purkinje cells of the brain, the encoded protein is a glycolytic enzyme that catalyzes the reversible aldol cleavage of fructose-1,6-biphosphate and fructose 1-phosphate to dihydroxyacetone phosphate and either glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate or glyceraldehyde, respectively. [provided by RefSeq]|
|Synonyms||ALDC antibody, ALDOC antibody, fructose-bisphosphate aldolase C antibody, fructoaldolase C antibody, aldolase 3 antibody, "fructose-1,6-biphosphate triosephosphate lyase antibody", brain-type aldolase antibody, "aldolase C, fructose-bisphosphate antibody"|
|Immunogen||Recombinant protein encompassing a sequence within the center region of human Aldolase C. The exact sequence is proprietary.|
|Predicted Cross Reactivity species Predicted cross-reactivity:|
Predicted cross-reactivity is based on sequence homology, with greater than 80% immunogen sequence identity considered positive.
Please note that we are only able to guarantee products to work in applications and species in which they have been tested.
