|Full Name||annexin A8|
|Product Description||Rabbit Polyclonal antibody to Annexin A8|
|Background||This gene encodes a member of the annexin family of evolutionarily conserved Ca2+ and phospholipid binding proteins. The encoded protein may function as an an anticoagulant that indirectly inhibits the thromboplastin-specific complex. Overexpression of this gene has been associated with acute myelocytic leukemia. A highly similar duplicated copy of this gene is found in close proximity on the long arm of chromosome 10. [provided by RefSeq]|
|Synonyms||ANX8 antibody, FLJ53095 antibody, ANXA8 antibody, annexin A8 antibody|
|Immunogen||Recombinant protein encompassing a sequence within the center region of human Annexin A8. The exact sequence is proprietary.|
|Predicted Cross Reactivity species Predicted cross-reactivity:|
Predicted cross-reactivity is based on sequence homology, with greater than 80% immunogen sequence identity considered positive.
Please note that we are only able to guarantee products to work in applications and species in which they have been tested.
