Application Note | Recognizes a band ~98 kD and may recognize one ~80 kDa (the beta form). Though this production of antibody has not been tested, previous lots have been used for immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry, and immunofluorescence on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded or frozen sections. Antigen retrieval is recommended (EDTA buffer, microwave). This antibody demonstrates nuclear staining. This antibody does not immunoprecipitate. Suggested working dilutions: * Western Blot - 1:1,000-1:5,000 Immunocytochemistry - (+) previous supernatant tested at 1:50-1:100 Immunofluorescence - (+) previous supernatant tested at 1:200 with tyramide amplification Immunohistochemistry - (+) previous supernatant tested at 1:200 with tyramide amplification *The investigator should determine the optimal working dilution for a specific application. *18-81 murine pre-B cells may be used as a negative control, in Western Blot, for this antibody. |
