Chicken IgY (Fc fragment) antibody (HRP)
|Full Name||HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Chicken IgY (Fc fragment) polyclonal antibody|
|Synonyms||anti-Chicken IgY antibody, Chicken IgY secondary antibody, Goat antiChicken IgY HRP, Goat anti-Chicken IgY HRP, antiChicken IgY antibody, anti Chicken IgY antibody, Goat anti Chicken IgY HRP|
|Product Description||HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Chicken IgY (Fc fragment) Polyclonal antibody|
|Specificity||The anti-Chicken IgY Fc reacts with IgY and not IgM or IgA chicken immunoglobulins by immunodiffusion and IEP techniques.|
|Background||The affinity purified antibodies react only with IgY and not IgM or IgA chicken immunoglobulins by immunodiffusion and IEP techniques. In a direct ELISA against 1 ug/ml chicken IgY as sample, conjugate diluted 1:65,000 produced an O.D.=1.0 in a 15 minute reaction with TMB as substrate. Optimal conjugate working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions. Goats were immunized with highly purified chicken IgY Fc fragment isolated from normal chicken serum IgY. The resulting anti IgY Fc was immunoaffinity purified off a chicken IgY immunoabsorbant and conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).|
|Target||Chicken IgY (Fc fragment)|
|Application Note||Recommended Starting Dilutions:|
ELISA: Use at a dilution of 1:1,000-1:20,000.
