Chicken IgY antibody (HRP)
|Full Name||HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Chicken IgY (H+L) polyclonal antibody|
|Synonyms||anti-Chicken IgY antibody, Chicken IgY secondary antibody, Goat antiChicken IgY HRP, Goat anti-Chicken IgY HRP, antiChicken IgY antibody, anti Chicken IgY antibody, Goat anti Chicken IgY HRP|
|Product Description||HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Chicken IgY Polyclonal antibody|
|Background||The affinity purified antibodies react with all chicken immunoglobulins by immunodiffusion and IEP techniques.In a direct ELISA, conjugate diluted 1:40,000 produced an O.D=1.0 in a 15 minute reaction with TMB as substrate. Optimal conjugate working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions. This product is suitable for all blotting applications. Goats were immunized with highly purified chicken IgY isolated from normal chicken serum. The resulting anti IgY was immunoaffinity purified off a chicken immunoglobulin immunoabsorbant and conjugated with horseradish peroxidase|
|Target||Chicken IgY (H+L)|
|Application Note||Recommended Starting Dilutions:|
ELISA: Use at a dilution of 1:1,000-1:20,000.
WB: Use at a concentration of 0.2 µg/mL. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the researcher.
