|Full Name||transcription factor Dp-1|
|Product Description||Rabbit Polyclonal antibody to DP1 (transcription factor Dp-1)|
|Background||This gene encodes a member of a family of transcription factors that heterodimerize with E2F proteins to enhance their DNA-binding activity and promote transcription from E2F target genes. The encoded protein functions as part of this complex to control the transcriptional activity of numerous genes involved in cell cycle progression from G1 to S phase. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Pseudogenes of this gene are found on chromosomes 1, 15, and X.|
|Synonyms||DP1 antibody, DRTF1 antibody, Dp-1 antibody, TFDP1 antibody, DRTF1-polypeptide 1 antibody, E2F dimerization partner 1 antibody, E2F-related transcription factor antibody, transcription factor Dp-1 antibody|
|Immunogen||Recombinant protein encompassing a sequence within the center region of human DP1. The exact sequence is proprietary.|
|Predicted Cross Reactivity species Predicted cross-reactivity:|
Predicted cross-reactivity is based on sequence homology, with greater than 80% immunogen sequence identity considered positive.
Please note that we are only able to guarantee products to work in applications and species in which they have been tested.
