|Background||The affinity purified antibodies react only with the IgA in serum and secretions by immunodiffusion and IEP techniques. Antibodies are suitable for Elisa and Blotting Applications.. Goats were immunized with highly purified dog serum IgA in Freunds adjuvant. The resulting antiserum was solid-phase absorbed to make it IgA specific. The anti-IgA was immunoaffinity purified off an antigen containing immunoabsorbant then conjugated with horseradish peroxidase.|
