|Background||The affinity purified antibodies react only with IgM by immunodiffusion and IEP techniques. Goats were immunized with highly purified Dog IgM isolated from normal Dog serum. The resulting anti IgM was solid phase absorbed and immunoaffinity purified off a Dog IgM immunoabsorbant. The resulting anti-IgM was conjugated with horseradish peroxidase.|

WB: Use 1:5000.
