|Full Name||eukaryotic translation initiation factor 2B, subunit 4 delta, 67kDa|
|Product Description||Rabbit Polyclonal antibody to EIF2B delta (eukaryotic translation initiation factor 2B, subunit 4 delta, 67kDa)|
|Background||Eukaryotic initiation factor 2B (EIF2B), which is necessary for protein synthesis, is a GTP exchange factor composed of five different subunits. The protein encoded by this gene is the fourth, or delta, subunit. Defects in this gene are a cause of leukoencephalopathy with vanishing white matter (VWM) and ovarioleukodystrophy. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq]|
|Synonyms||DKFZp586J0119 antibody, EIF-2B antibody, EIF2B antibody, EIF2Bdelta antibody, EIF2B4 antibody, translation initiation factor eIF-2b delta subunit antibody, translation initiation factor eIF-2B subunit delta antibody, eIF-2B GDP-GTP exchange factor subunit delta antibody, "eukaryotic translation initiation factor 2B, subunit 4 delta, 67kDa antibody"|
|Immunogen||Recombinant protein encompassing a sequence within the center region of human EIF2B delta. The exact sequence is proprietary.|
|Predicted Cross Reactivity species Predicted cross-reactivity:|
Predicted cross-reactivity is based on sequence homology, with greater than 80% immunogen sequence identity considered positive.
Please note that we are only able to guarantee products to work in applications and species in which they have been tested.
|Predict Reactivity Note||Chimpanzee (97%), Bovine (81%)|
