|Background||The antibodies are specific for the Fc fragment of IgG based on IEP, gel diffusion and ELISA. Rabbits were immunized with highly purified goat IgG Fc prepared by papain digestion. The antiserum was solid phase absorbed with Fab fragments and the anti Fc antibodies immunoaffinity purified off an Fc immunoabsorbant.|

ELISA (coating): Use at a concentration of 1.0-5.0 µg/mL.
WB: Use at a concentration of 1.0-0.1 µg/mL. Not tested in other applications
