|Background||Reacts only with IgE (M. Wt. Approx. 200,000) in horse serum by immunoelectrophoresis and gel diffusion. Not all horses have detectable IgE by these criterion.This product only reacts with the heavy chains of IgE in western blot (reducing gels).. Goat were immunized with highly purified IgE in Freund's adjuvant, serum was collected and passed through a series of solid phase immunoabsorbants until IgE specific. The anti-IgE was immunoaffinity purified off an IgE immunoabsorbant.|
|Application Note||Recommended Starting Dilutions:|
ELISA: Use at a dilution of 1:200-1:500.
WB: Use at a dilution of 1:2,000-1:5,000.
Not tested in other applications
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the researcher.
