|Full Name||Goat anti-Horse IgG (Fc fragment) polyclonal antibody|
|Synonyms||Goat anti-Horse IgG, Goat antiHorse IgG, anti-Horse IgG antibody, Horse IgG secondary antibody, antiHorse IgG antibody, Goat anti Horse IgG, anti Horse IgG antibody|
|Product Description||Goat anti-Horse IgG (Fc fragment) Polyclonal antibody|
|Background||By IEP and gel diffusion analysis, the antibody reacts only with the Fc fragment of IgG. It does not react with kappa or lambda light chains. This product is suitable for ELISA and blotting applications.. Goats were immunized with highly purified Horse IgG-Fc fragment. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant serum was collected and solid phase absorbed to ensure class specificity then affinity purified off an antigen containing immunoabsorbant.|
|Target||Horse IgG (Fc fragment)|
|Application Note||Recommended Starting Dilutions:|
ELISA: Use at a concentration of 5 µg/mL.
WB: Use at a dilution of 1:1,000.
