|Background||This product reacts with IgG and the Fab and Fc fragments of IgG by immunodiffusion, IEP and ELISA techniques. Optimal conjugate working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions.. Rabbits were immunized with purified Horse IgG in Freund's adjuvant. The resulting anti-IgG was immunoaffinity purified off an IgG containing immunoabsorbant.|

ELISA (capture): Use at a concentration of 5 µg/mL.
WB: Use at a dilution of 1:1,000. Not tested in other applications
