L1210 (mouse lymphocytic leukemia) cell line slides
|Product Description||L1210 cell line slides (mouse: lymphocytic leukemia)|
|Background||L1210 (lymphocytic leukemia)|
Mouse L1210 cells were cultured in DMEM and harvested at the log phase of growth. The L1210 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde and arrayed on a 12-well (5 mm) adhesive coated slide, with each wellis surface specifically treated to enhance cellular attachment and to minimize background staining. Each well was loaded with approximately 7.5 x 103 L1210 cells. A follow-up heat dehydration process was done to ensure the attachment of L1210 cells and the stability of cellular proteins.
|Application Note||L1210 cell slide is provided for immunocytochemical analysis of protein and protein-protein interaction. Procedures for immunohistochemistry can be directly applied.|
|Storage instruction||L1210 cell slide can be stored for up to 6 months at 4°C under desiccate conditions.|
|Notes||For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.|
