|Synonyms||Goat antiMouse IgA HRP, Goat anti-Mouse IgA HRP, anti-Mouse IgA antibody, antiMouse IgA antibody, Mouse IgA secondary antibody, Goat anti Mouse IgA HRP, anti Mouse IgA antibody|
|Product Description||HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Mouse IgA Polyclonal antibody|
|Background||The affinity purified antibodies react only with the IgA in serum and secretions by immunodiffusion and IEP techniques. Antibodies are suitable for Elisa and Blotting Applications. Goats were immunized with highly purified mouse serum IgA in Freunds adjuvant. The resulting antiserum was solid-phase absorbed to make it IgA alpha chain specific. The anti IgA alpha antibodies were immunoaffinity purified off an IgA-containing immunoabsorbant and conjugated with horseradish peroxidase.|
