Mouse IgG (Fc fragment) antibody (HRP)
|Full Name||HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Mouse IgG (Fc fragment) polyclonal antibody|
|Synonyms||Mouse IgG secondary antibody, anti-Mouse IgG antibody, Goat antiMouse IgG HRP, antiMouse IgG antibody, Goat anti-Mouse IgG HRP, anti Mouse IgG antibody, Goat anti Mouse IgG HRP|
|Product Description||HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Mouse IgG (Fc fragment) Polyclonal antibody|
|Background||The affinity purified antibody was tested at 1 mg/ml against 1 mg/ml solutions of IgG, IgM, IgG and IgE. It reacts only with mouse IgG by immunodiffusion and IEP techniques. This does not imply and equal balance of reactivity to all IgG subclasses.By direct ELISA against 1 ug/ml of mouse IgG as sample, conjugate diluted 1:50,000 produced an O.D.=1.0 in a 15 minute reaction with TMB as substrate. Optimal conjugate working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions. Goats were immunized with highly purified mouse IgGFc isolated from normal mouse IgG. The resulting antiserum was immunoabsorbed against mouse Fab and the anti Fc immunoaffinity isolated from an immunoabsorbant column. The antibody was then conjugated with HRP|
