|Background||Optimal conjugate working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions.. Goats were immunized with highly purified mouse IgG 3 in Freund's adjuvant. The antiserum was solid phase absorbed to make it IgG 3 heavy chain specific and the anti 3 subsequently immunoaffinity purified off an IgG 3 immunoabsorbant and conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP)|
|Application Note||Recommended Starting Dilutions:|
ELISA: Use at a dilution of 1:10,000-1:30,000.
WB: Use at a dilution of 1:2,000-1:10,000.
Not tested in other applications
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the researcher.
