|Full Name||5'-nucleotidase, cytosolic II|
|Product Description||Rabbit Polyclonal antibody to NT5C2 (5'-nucleotidase, cytosolic II)|
|Background||Purine 5-prime-nucleotidase (EC 22.214.171.124) preferentially hydrolyzes inosine 5-prime-monophosphate (IMP) and other purine nucleotides, and is allosterically activated by various compounds, including ATP. The enzyme is exclusively located in the cytoplasmic matrix of cells and may have a critical role in the maintenance of a constant composition of intracellular purine/pyrimidine nucleotides in cooperation with other nucleotidases.[supplied by OMIM]|
|Synonyms||GMP antibody, NT5B antibody, PNT5 antibody, cN-II antibody, NT5C2 antibody, cytosolic 5'-nucleotidase II antibody, "5'-nucleotidase (purine), cytosolic type B antibody", IMP-specific 5'-NT antibody, purine 5' nucleotidase antibody, cytosolic purine 5'-nucleotidase antibody, "5'-nucleotidase, cytosolic II antibody"|
|Immunogen||Recombinant protein encompassing a sequence within the C-terminus region of human NT5C2. The exact sequence is proprietary.|
|Predicted Cross Reactivity species Predicted cross-reactivity:|
Predicted cross-reactivity is based on sequence homology, with greater than 80% immunogen sequence identity considered positive.
