- Cell fractionation is the isolation of individual subcellular components. This technique allows researchers to study the cellular localization of a protein of interest.
This kit provides 5 validated rabbit polyclonal antibodies targeting antigens with known localization to different cellular compartments. The antibodies in this kit can be used in western blots to demonstrate successful cell fractionation or to show co-localization. These antibodies can also be used to demonstrate co-localization in immunofluorescent staining.
