|Full Name||RAS guanyl releasing protein 3 (calcium and DAG-regulated)|
|Product Description||Rabbit Polyclonal antibody to RASGRP3 (RAS guanyl releasing protein 3 (calcium and DAG-regulated))|
|Background||Members of the RAS (see HRAS; MIM 190020) subfamily of GTPases function in signal transduction as GTP/GDP-regulated switches that cycle between inactive GDP- and active GTP-bound states. Guanine nucleotide exchange factors (GEFs), such as RASGRP3, serve as RAS activators by promoting acquisition of GTP to maintain the active GTP-bound state and are the key link between cell surface receptors and RAS activation (Rebhun et al., 2000 [PubMed 10934204]).[supplied by OMIM]|
|Synonyms||GRP3 antibody, KIAA0846 antibody, RASGRP3 antibody, guanine nucleotide exchange factor for Rap1 antibody, ras guanyl-releasing protein 3 antibody, calcium and DAG-regulated guanine nucleotide exchange factor III antibody, RAS guanyl releasing protein 3 (calcium and DAG-regulated) antibody|
|Immunogen||Carrier-protein conjugated synthetic peptide encompassing a sequence within the N-terminus region of human RASGRP3. The exact sequence is proprietary.|
|Predicted Cross Reactivity species Predicted cross-reactivity:|
Predicted cross-reactivity is based on sequence homology, with greater than 80% immunogen sequence identity considered positive.
Please note that we are only able to guarantee products to work in applications and species in which they have been tested.
