|Full Name||RNA binding motif (RNP1, RRM) protein 3|
|Product Description||Rabbit Polyclonal antibody to RBM3 (RNA binding motif (RNP1, RRM) protein 3)|
|Background||This gene is a member of the glycine-rich RNA-binding protein family and encodes a protein with one RNA recognition motif (RRM) domain. Expression of this gene is induced by cold shock and low oxygen tension. A pseudogene exists on chromosome 1. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants that are predicted to encode different isoforms have been characterized although some of these variants fit nonsense-mediated decay (NMD) criteria. [provided by RefSeq]|
|Synonyms||IS1-RNPL antibody, RNPL antibody, RBM3 antibody, RNA-binding motif protein 3 antibody, putative RNA-binding protein 3 antibody, "RNA binding motif (RNP1, RRM) protein 3 antibody"|
|Immunogen||Recombinant protein encompassing a sequence within the center region of human RBM3. The exact sequence is proprietary.|
|Predicted Cross Reactivity species Predicted cross-reactivity:|
Predicted cross-reactivity is based on sequence homology, with greater than 80% immunogen sequence identity considered positive.
Please note that we are only able to guarantee products to work in applications and species in which they have been tested.
