|Full Name||RAD1 homolog (S. pombe)|
|Product Description||Rabbit Polyclonal antibody to Rad1 (RAD1 homolog (S. pombe))|
|Background||This gene encodes a component of a heterotrimeric cell cycle checkpoint complex, known as the 9-1-1 complex, that is activated to stop cell cycle progression in response to DNA damage or incomplete DNA replication. The 9-1-1 complex is recruited by RAD17 to affected sites where it may attract specialized DNA polymerases and other DNA repair effectors. Alternatively spliced transcript variants of this gene have been described. [provided by RefSeq]|
|Synonyms||HRAD1 antibody, REC1 antibody, RAD1 antibody, cell cycle checkpoint protein RAD1 antibody, checkpoint control protein HRAD1 antibody, DNA repair exonuclease REC1 antibody, rad1-like DNA damage checkpoint protein antibody, DNA repair exonuclease rad1 homolog antibody, cell cycle checkpoint protein Hrad1 antibody, exonuclease homolog RAD1 antibody, RAD1 homolog (S. pombe) antibody|
|Immunogen||Recombinant protein encompassing a sequence within the center region of human Rad1. The exact sequence is proprietary.|
