|Full Name||Goat anti-Rat IgA polyclonal antibody|
|Synonyms||antiRat IgA antibody, Goat anti-Rat IgA, anti-Rat IgA antibody, Rat IgA secondary antibody, Goat antiRat IgA, Goat anti Rat IgA, anti Rat IgA antibody|
|Product Description||Goat anti-Rat IgA Polyclonal antibody|
|Background||The affinity purified antibodies react only with IgA in the serum and secretions of rats. No reactivity was observed with Fab, IgM, IgE or IgG by IEP, gel diffusion or ELISA techniques.. Goats were immunized with highly purified rat IgA hybridoma proteins. The resulting antiserum was solid phase absorbed to make it alpha chain specific. The anti alpha was immunoaffinity purified off an immunoabsorbant made with IgA of differing idiotype from that used for immunization|
