|Full Name||Mouse anti-Rat IgG monoclonal antibody [MARG2c-5]|
|Synonyms||Rat IgG secondary, antiRat IgG, Mouse antiRat IgG, Mouse anti-Rat IgG, anti-Rat IgG, anti Rat IgG, Mouse anti Rat IgG|
|Product Description||Mouse anti-Rat IgG Monoclonal antibody [MARG2c-5]|
|Background||Rat gamma 2c heavy chain (determined by immunodot). The specificity of monoclonal antibodies against IgG subclasses is determined in a range of optimal concentrations. Increasing the concentration of the first or second antibody can induce cross-reactions with other subclasses.|
|Immunogen||IgG2c (Rat strain LOU/c).|
|Application Note||Recommended Starting Dilutions:|
ELISA: Use at a concentration of 5 µg/mL.
FACS: Use at a dilution of 1/200 - 1/1000. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
|Purification Note||Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography.|
(Please refer to the vial label for the specific concentration)|
|Storage Buffer||Preservative: 0.09% Sodium Azide; Constituents: PBS|
|Storage Instruction||Keep as concentrated solution. Store at 4°C short term. For extended storage aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.|
