|Full Name||serpin peptidase inhibitor, clade A (alpha-1 antiproteinase, antitrypsin), member 10|
|Product Description||Rabbit polyclonal antibody to SERPINA10 (serpin peptidase inhibitor, clade A (alpha-1 antiproteinase, antitrypsin), member 10)|
|Background||The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the serpin family. It is predominantly expressed in the liver and secreted in plasma. It inhibits the activity of coagulation factors Xa and XIa in the presence of protein Z, calcium and phospholipid. Mutations in this gene are associated with venous thrombosis. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene.|
|Synonyms||PZI antibody, ZPI antibody, SERPINA10 antibody, serpin A10 antibody, protein Z-dependent protease inhibitor antibody, "serine (or cysteine) proteinase inhibitor, clade A (alpha-1 antiproteinase, antitrypsin), member 10 antibody", PZ-dependent protease inhibitor antibody, "serpin peptidase inhibitor, clade A (alpha-1 antiproteinase, antitrypsin), member 10 antibody"|
|Cellular Localization||Secreted |
|Immunogen||Recombinant protein encompassing a sequence within the center region of human SERPINA10. The exact sequence is proprietary.|
|Predicted Cross Reactivity species Predicted cross-reactivity:|
Predicted cross-reactivity is based on sequence homology, with greater than 80% immunogen sequence identity considered positive.
Please note that we are only able to guarantee products to work in applications and species in which they have been tested.
|Predict Reactivity Note||Mouse (82%), Rat (82%)|
