Interference from denatured IgG?
| Using Easyblot as a second step reagent eliminates the interference or masking bands caused by the heavy (~50 kDa) and light chains (~25 kDa) of the IgG used for immunoprecipitation (IP). EasyBlot is simple to use and results in Western Blot detection of only the target band in your IP experiments. EasyBlot is available in 50 µl and 250 µl vials. GeneTex also offers EasyBlot kits optimized for immunoprecipitation with Protein A or Protein G beads. These kits include EasyBlocker, a proprietary reagent for eliminating background from Protein A/G.
