Background

The members of the zinc fingers and homeoboxes gene family are nuclear homodimeric transcriptional repressors that interact with the A subunit of nuclear factor-Y (NF-YA) and contain two C2H2-type zinc fingers and five homeobox DNA-binding domains. This gene encodes member 2 of this gene family. In addition to forming homodimers, this protein heterodimerizes with member 1 of the zinc fingers and homeoboxes family. [provided by RefSeq]

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ZHX2 antibody [C1C3] (GTX112232) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

ZHX2 antibody [C1C3] detects ZHX2 protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: ZHX2 protein stained by ZHX2 antibody [C1C3] (GTX112232) diluted at 1:500.
Red: Phalloidin, a cytoskeleton marker, diluted at 1:200.
