Application Note:
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1/32000. Western Blot: Preliminary experiments showed a strong band at approx 60-70kDa accompanied by weaker band at approx 110-120kDa in Human Brain at 1ug/ml. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
