Background:
Antisera to human apolipoprotein A1 were raised by repeated immunization of sheep with highly purified antigen.
An immunogoublin-rich fraction was prepared from whole serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by anion exchange chromotography.
Cross Reactivity:
Canine, human and rabbit. Does not cross-react with bovine, equine, guinea pig, swine, feline, chicken goat, murine or rat.

Storage Instruction:
Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use. This product contains sodium azide, EACA and Benzamidine : POISONOUS AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES which should be handled by trained staff only.
Storage Buffer:
Glycine buffered saline pH7.4, 0.09% Sodium Azide, 0.1% EACA, and 0.01% Benzamidine.
