Affinity Purified Goat anti-Cat IgG h+l
Application Note:
For ELISA: Use at a concentration of 1-5 µg/ml. For WB: Use at a concentration of 1-0.1 µg/ml. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the researcher.
Background:
This product is suitable for ELISA and blotting applications. Recommended dilution for coating ELISA plates: 1:100 ¡§C1:500. Recommended dilution for as primary: 1:1,000-1:20,000.. Goats were immunized with Cat IgG h+l from normal Cat serum. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant the goats were bled, serum collected and the anti IgG immunoaffinity purified.
