Background:
The affinity purified anti mouse IgG reacts with immunoglobulins and the papain d erived Fc and Fab fragments by IEP and gel diffusion techniques. Chickens were immunized with highly purified mouse IgG isolated from normal pooled mouse serum, in Freund's adjuvant.
