Affinity Purified Goat anti - Cat IgG Fc
Background:
The affinity purified antibody was tested at 1 mg/ml against 1 mg/ml solutions of IgG, IgM, IgG and IgE. It reacts only with cat IgG by immunodiffusion and IEP techniques. This does not imply an equal balance of reactivity to all IgG subclasses.. Goats were immunized with highly purified cat IgGFc isolated from normal cat IgG. The resulting antiserum was immunoabsorbed against cat Fab and the anti Fc immunoaffinity isolated from an immunoabsorbant column.
