Application Note:
For ELISA: Use at a concentration of 1.0-5.0 µg/ml. For WB: Use at a concentration of 1.0-0.1. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the researcher.
Background:
By IEP and gel diffusion analysis, the affinity purified antibodies react with whole IgG and the Fc fragment of IgG. Product is suitable for ELISA and blotting applications.. Chickens were immunized with highly purified papain produced Fc fragments from normal human IgG. After multiple immunizations eggs were collected, the IgY fraction prepared and the Fc specific antibodies were immunoaffinity purified.
