Affinity Purified Goat anti - Chicken IgA
Background:
The affinity purified anti IgA alpha conjugate, when tested in a ELISA against 1 ug chicken IgA as sample, could be diluted to at least 1:10,000 to produce an O.D.=1.0 in a 30 minute reaction with TMB as substrate. Optimal conjugate working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions. Reagent is suitable for western blot.. Goats were immunized with highly purified Chicken IgA in Freund's adjuvant. The antiserum was solid phase absorbed to make IgA alpha chain specific and the anti IgA antibodies were immunoaffinity purified
