Background:
Human A431 cells were cultured in DMEM medium and harvested at the log phase of growth. In order to keep the antigens in their native forms, cells were fixed in acetone-methanol. The cells are arrayed on a 12-well (5 mm) adhesive coated slide, with each well¨ªs surface specifically treated to enhance cellular attachment and to minimize background staining. Each well is loaded with approximately 7.5 x 103 cells. A follow-up heat dehydration process has been performed to ensure the attachment of cells and the stability of cellular proteins.
