Application Note:
For FACS, IF and IP: Use at an assay dependent dilution. For IHC-P: Use at a concentration of 0.5 - 1.5 µg/ml. For WB: Use at a concentration of 1.5 - 2.5 µg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 29 kDa. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the researcher.
