Background:
Goats were immunized with Pig IgA from normal pig serum. After multiple immunizations in Freund¿s adjuvant serum was collected. The resulting antiserum was solid phase absorbed, immunoaffinity purified off an antigen containing immunoabsorbant then conjugated with horseradish (HRP).
