Background:
This G Protein-coupled receptor was identified by Valadenaire O et.al. in 1998 (PMID:9539149). Which was homologous to the endothelin type B receptor, and highly conservaed with ET(B)R-LP with 68% overall homology and 48% identity. GPR37L was highly expressed in human CNS.
