Background:
The Checkpoint kinase 1(CHEK1, also name CHK1) play a very important role in the S phasae of cell cycle, which was also regulated the DNA replication in the DNA damage repair. Double-stranded DNA oligonucleotides induce the phosphorylation of Chk1 by p53, ATR, ATM kinases, and Claspin.
