Background

CKS2 protein binds to the catalytic subunit of the cyclin dependent kinases and is essential for their biological function. Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CKS2 antibody [N2C3] (GTX111854) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
