Background

This gene encodes a protein related to the Lon protease protein family. In rodents and other mammals this gene product is found in the cytoplasm localized with a calcium channel membrane protein, and is thought to play a role in brain development. Mutations in this gene are associated with autosomal recessive nonsyndromic mental retardation. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. Anti-CRBN antibody used in Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). GTX131077

GTX131077 ICC/IF Image

CRBN antibody detects CRBN protein at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: SK-N-SH cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: CRBN protein stained by CRBN antibody (GTX131077) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
Scale bar = 10 μm.

Anti-CRBN antibody used in Western Blot (WB). GTX131077

GTX131077 WB Image

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CRBN antibody (GTX131077) diluted at 1:1000.
