Reconstitute in 10 mM Tris (pH 8.0) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. This solution can be diluted into other aqueous buffers and store at 4ºC for 1 week or stored at -20ºC for future use.
Purity was assessed by SDS-PAGE (≥95%) and by HPLC (≥95%).
