Background

Human macrophage inflammatory protein-3 beta (MIP-3 beta, Exodus-3, ELC) is a member of the beta-chemokine (C-C) family of cytokines. It plays an important role in the inflammatory response of human T cells and tissue macrophages. Recombinant human MIP-3 beta is a 8.8 kDa protein containing 77 amino acid residues.
