S-tag antibody immunoprecipitates S-tag protein in IP experiments. IP Sample: 650 μg whole cell lysate/extract of S-tag protein expressing HeLa cells. A. 20 μg whole cell lysate/extract of transfected HeLa cells B. Control with 2.5 μg of preimmune rabbit IgG C. Immunoprecipitation of S-tag protein by 2.5 μg of S-tag antibody (GTX128060) 12% SDS-PAGE The immunoprecipitated S-tag protein was detected by S-tag antibody (GTX128060) diluted at 1:10000. EasyBlot anti-rabbit IgG (GTX221666-01) was used as a secondary reagent.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with S Tag antibody (GTX128060) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

S Tag antibody detects S protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: S-tag tagged protein transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: S stained by S Tag antibody (GTX128060) diluted at 1:2000.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
