Background

This gene encodes a member of the DNase family. The protein hydrolyzes DNA, is not inhibited by actin, and mediates the breakdown of DNA during apoptosis. Alternate transcriptional splice variants of this gene have been observed but have not been thoroughly characterized. [provided by RefSeq]

Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with DNase IL3 antibody [N3C3] (GTX114363) diluted at 1:20000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

DNase IL3 antibody [N3C3] detects DNase IL3 protein at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HCT116 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: DNase IL3 stained by DNase IL3 antibody [N3C3] (GTX114363) diluted at 1:500.
Red: alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody [GT114] (GTX628802) diluted at 1:1000.
