Background

This gene encodes a member of the fibronectin leucine rich transmembrane protein (FLRT) family. FLRT family members may function in cell adhesion and/or receptor signalling. Their protein structures resemble small leucine-rich proteoglycans found in the extracellular matrix. [provided by RefSeq]

U87-MG whole cell extract and conditioned medium (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with FLRT2 antibody (GTX123309) diluted at 1:2500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
