Various tissue extracts (50 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with 5-HT1A receptor antibody [N3C1], Internal (GTX104703) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Sample: DIV14 rat E18 primary cortical neurons were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
