Aquaporin 5 (AQP5) is a water channel protein. Aquaporins are a family of small integral membrane proteins related to the major intrinsic protein (MIP or AQP0). Aquaporin 5 plays a role in the generation of saliva, tears and pulmonary secretions. AQP0, AQP2, AQP5, and AQP6 are closely related and all map to 12q13. [provided by RefSeq]

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Aquaporin 5 antibody (GTX132400) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Aquaporin 5 antibody (GTX132400) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
