MUC1 antibody

Cat. No. GTX31889
Host: Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Application: WB, ELISA
Reactivity: Hu, Ms
Product Note: Multiple isoforms of MUC1 are known to exist. MUC1 often migrates at a higher molecular weight in SDS-PAGE due to high levels of post-translational modification.
Package: 100 μg
Anti-MUC1 antibody used in Western Blot (WB). GTX31889

MUC1 antibody [GP1.4]

Cat. No. GTX28203
Host: Mouse
Clonality: Monoclonal
Application: IHC-P, IHC
Reactivity: Hu
Product Note: Reacts with an antigen of 265-400 kD belonging to a heterogeneous group of heavily glycosylated proteins called human milk fat globule proteins. It stains both normal and neoplastic cells. Among normal epithelia, it reacts strongly with mammary epithelium and glandular epithelia but shows a patchy staining with squamous epithelium.
Package: 100 μl
Anti-MUC1 antibody [GP1.4] used in Immunohistochemistry (IHC). GTX28203

MUC1 antibody [rMUC1/960]

Cat. No. GTX34853
Host: Mouse
Clonality: Monoclonal
Application: IHC-P
Reactivity: Hu
Product Note: This MAb reacts with MUC1, a large transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on the ductal surface of normal glandular epithelia. The dominant epitope of this MAb involves both amino acids as well as sugar moieties. Neuraminidase treatment destroys the antigen. It is a very good tracer agent in CA15.3 assays. The extracellular domain of MUC1 largely consists of a highly conserved, O-glycosylated 20 amino acids tandem repeat which can occur 30-100 times per molecule depending on the length of the allele involved. In the vast majority of human carcinomas this protein is up-regulated and poorly glycosylated and appears on the cell surface in a non-polarized fashion.
Package: 100 μg
Anti-MUC1 antibody [rMUC1/960] used in IHC (Paraffin sections) (IHC-P). GTX34853

MUC1 antibody [MUC1/1887R]

Cat. No. GTX02679
Host: Rabbit
Clonality: Monoclonal
Application: IHC-P
Reactivity: Hu
Product Note: The dominant epitope of this antibody involves both amino acids as well as sugar moieties. Its epitope is destroyed by desialylation i.e. treatment with Neuraminidase.
Package: 100 μg
