Background

May be involved in the regulation of p53-dependent G2 arrest of the cell cycle. Seems to induce cell cycle arrest by inhibiting CDK1 activity and nuclear translocation of the CDC2 cyclin B1 complex.

KO/KD

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) H1299 whole cell extract (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with RPRM antibody [N1C3] (GTX110976) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
